If you have an affinity for dogs and are able to work with folks with dogs, a career in dog training can be a wonderful, fulfilling and tremendously rewarding profession for you.

General skills such as good communications and social relations are important in a professional career in dog training as most of your time will be spent educating owners how to train their dogs.

To be a successful dog trainer, you must be “competent.” If your dog training experience and skills are picked up from books, then you will encounter problems correcting and solving dog behavior problems. Not only will your clients be complaining and unsatisfied with your service, your will find it hard trying to rebuild your reputation within the neighborhood where you base your dog training business.

However, if you are truly passionately and committed to carve out career in dog training, then you will need to become a capable, knowledgeable and proficient dog trainer who understands different canine behavior and how to train to breed with the right techniques.

A career in dog training can begin in two ways:

PROFESSIONAL DOG TRAINING SCHOOLS

Professional dog training schools are a good way to begin as they provide courses necessary to coach the students in the shortest amount of time the skills needed to become a professional dog trainer.

You will need to check with your local pet stores or veterinary hospitals for reference and recommendations.

A credible training course fees can start from $3,000 all the way up to $18,000 for more advanced training programs.

APPRENTICESHIP

However if you have a budget, you can chose to start out as an apprentice by volunteering with the local dog shelters, rescue groups or guide dogs training centers.

Your training experience will be dictated by the center where you volunteered. In some centers, your apprenticeship training will be subjected to the variety of dogs coming in. In others, you might be given a dog to guide and train with till it pass out as a certified guide or service dog.

The only drawback for apprenticeship programs is that you must prepare to labor long hours, performing routine tasks before you will get an opportunity to work with dogs.

Be ready to spend a minimum average of 3 years with the apprenticeship center before you will qualify as a professional dog trainer or instructor.

Word of Advice:

Avoid any mail or internet courses that claim that you can become a skilled dog trainer.

While inexpensive, these correspondence courses at most can only offer you basic information on a career in dog training and elementary levels of dog trainer skills. Just imagine who would be there to supervise or correct you when you make a mistake.

TRAINING PROGRAMS:

There are many dog training programs and the basic subjects cover solving basic dog behavioral problems and obedience training.

Aside from the basics, to become a qualified and professional trainer, you will also need to learn:

- the history and background of every dog breed,
- how to communicate effectively with different breeds,
- how to solve complex behavioral problems such as phobias and aggression,
- basic to advanced dog tricks and commands,
- how to prepare and train dogs for different competitions, as well as,
- proper dog hygiene, nutrition and grooming so that you can counsel and present training advice to your clients to bring up healthy, well groomed and well behaved dogs.

COMPENASTION OF A PROFESSIONAL DOG TRAINER

You can begin your professional career in dog training handling dogs full or part time. An average working week of a dog trainer is about 30 - 35 hours and that can include evenings, weekends and holidays. As a start, you can look forward to earn $50 per lesson and gradually to $200 per session once you become more experienced. Most full time dog trainers can earn between $30,000 to $100,000 annually.

To get ahead financially as a dog trainer, you will have to start establishing a client base who will recommend your service to their friends. Start with your local vets, groomers, pet sitters and pet stores by asking them to refer clients to you. Most of the successful dog trainers build on their business from referrals of satisfied customers.

Therefore, a career in dog training can be the most fun, enriching and satisfying profession if you truly cherish dogs and adore helping folks.

Any one that has ever owned an African Grey Parrot will completely relate to this article. If you have ever owned a parrot, you will be able to relate to a certain degree, but not as much as if you had ever had the privilege of keeping company with one of these amazing birds.

All birds have a sort of amusement about them otherwise, why would we ever put up with the seed throwing, water splashing, dander spreading and feather molting beings! Many species swing from their toys, say “hello” and “I love you,” but none can out do the African Grey. This amazing bird actually associates the words they imitate with the current situation. For instance, my female “Mimmie” would always ask if the food was good when ever we ate at the dining room table or even if I was just in the kitchen preparing something. You know it’s really scary when you begin to answer the bird back, “yes, Mimmie, this is really good.”

My male, “Swinger” would start his morning out making phone calls. It would go like this: beep, beep, beep…seven times, the same as dialing a local number, then he would make the perfect ringing noise and proceed to answer the phone. “Yes, hello;” then not being able to truly carry on a real conversation, it would be his mumbling interpretation, capped off by, “well, thank you very much, bye, bye,” His normal routine was to make several of theses speaker phone calls each morning.

They are such amazing birds; they imitate everything from water noises to the cat’s meow, the bark of the dog, even the sipping of coffee and the cup being placed back on the table. And can they whistle; any thing from the cavalry charge to the opening trumpet call at the races. But, just imagine how funny it is to hear a bird say, “here kitty, kitty, kitty!”

When ever I’d be getting ready to leave the house, they somehow knew and would begin to say, “Bye-bye, well, bye-bye.”

The most amazing is their thought process and word association. One day I was in the living room and I heard a knock on the front door. When I opened the door and saw no one there, the birds started to laugh at me! Can you ever imagine being made fun of by a couple of birds?!

The stories could continue on but, some are not necessarily appropriate to share in this context. As I said, they imitate EVERYTHING! So, if you’re thinking about getting one of these amazing birds, just be certain all that you say is something worth repeating!

Secrets To Dog Training

As a dog owner, you should be always looking for healthier dog food with higher quality.

The problem is that most of the dog owners like you are taught to believe that commercial dog foods are healthier choices for your dogs. The truth is most of them are NOT. Read on to find out why.

Here are the top three death-causing toxic chemicals that can be found in most commercial dog foods:

1. Sodium pentobarbital
2. BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole), BHT (butylated hydroxytolulene), Ethoxyquin and Propylene glycol
3. Lead

Their devastating effects have led them to be banned from human consumption. Read on to find out.

Sodium pentobarbital is the chemical that veterinarians use to put dogs and cats to ’sleep’. This toxic chemical cannot be removed completely during food processing. So when your dog eats those commercial dog foods, it is possible for this death-causing toxic to accumulate inside their body system permanently. When it reaches a toxic level, it will kill, if not, cause irreversible damages to your dog’s body system eventually causing it to fall ill easily or result in organ failure.

BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole), BHT (butylated hydroxytolulene), ethoxyquin and propylene glycol are commonly used as fat stabilizers in dog foods as preservatives. BHA and BHT cause liver and kidney dysfunction while ethoxyquin is a potential cancer-causing agent. Hence, many companies have claimed that they moved away from using ethoxyquin. Another toxic chemical, propylene glycol, is found in many semi-moist dog foods and causes red blood cells destruction.

Lead, an extremely toxic heavy metal is also commonly found in pet foods. A research conducted in Massachusetts Institute of Technology published as “Lead in Animal Foods,” presented one shocking discovery - A typical 9-pound cat was found to be ingesting, through commercial pet food, far more lead daily than the toxic level for children in their lifetime. Imagine that on your dog. And here is the worst part - heavy metals reside in body systems permanently. Heavy metals have known to cause nervous damage to animals when accumulated in their body systems.

This is a very real fact of commercial dog foods though not all commercial dog companies pumps all these materials into their dog food products.

So if you truly want the best for your dog, the best way out is to personally prepare food meals for it. At least you know you won’t be pumping the food up with any unnecessary deadly preservatives.

Teleseminars are indispensable tools for most online marketers these days. Aside from selling them as standalone products, they can also be used in growing ebusiness. You can use them as lead and traffic generating tools and you can use them in positioning yourself as an authority on your chosen niche to easily earn the trust of your target market.

Here’s how you can make money through teleseminars:

1. Deliver quality content. Two of your main objectives in hosting teleseminars are to prove your worth to your prospects and convince them to do business with you. These can be easily achieved by making sure that your teleseminars are very informative and useful to your listeners. They must be loaded with solutions to the problems that are being faced by your audience and they must contain critical information that can help these people in reaching their goals.

2. Be amiable. By this, I simply mean strive to get your attendees to like to easily build rapport with them. Make sure that you sound sincere, friendly, and warm all throughout the call. It would also help if you can make these people feel valued by giving them a chance to speak their mind and by listening to them intently. Don’t forget to address them using their name and always remember to thank them for each time they contribute to the success of the call.

3. Know your audience. This is one of the keys to succeed in this field. You can easily design an impacting and effective teleseminar if you know the needs and demands of your target market. So, make time to know these people inside and out. Talk to them on forums and blogs, encourage them to send you an email through your website to build an ongoing communication with them, and have some personal talk with these people after your free seminars.

4. Go with interesting topics. You’ll most likely to generate the kind of attention you need if you touch on topics that are interesting or relevant to the lives of your prospects. When choosing your topics for your teleseminars, I suggest that you do a keyword search to easily identify the most popular keywords or keyphrases within your chosen niche. It will not also be a bad idea if you conduct survey through your website or through relevant blogs to quickly know the pulse of your audience.

Secrets To Dog Training

Search engine optimization is rapidly becoming the most popular way for people to more effectively market their websites and increase their traffic, and due to the increasing number of websites (thousands are being made every day), it can be difficult to stand out in a sea of sites similar to your own. The creation of search optimized content will bring users to your site that want to find information that actually relates to what your site has, and therefore increase the chances that anyone who finds your site is more likely to hang around and browse through it. In this article, we’ll go over how you can use content creation to increase your site’s traffic and effectiveness.

Content creation refers to the writing of articles and blogs, the development of video and other media, and any other sort of content that search engines frequently look for on web sites. There are two basic kinds of search engine optimization, white hat and black hat, and while black hat optimization tends to consist of trickery and underhanded methods to raise user traffic, it is also looked down upon and punished by search engines that catch sites using it. White hat optimization includes search engine approved techniques, like content creation, that are geared towards making things that users actually want to see and read, and looks remarkably similar to positive web development.

The only difference between simply writing an article on training your German shepherd and search engine optimization is that a search optimized article on training your German shepherd would purposefully include key terms and phrases that are likely to draw attention from search engines. For example, the article would probably repeat the phrases “training your German shepherd,” “dog training,” and “puppy training” several times, so that when search engines look for one of those key terms the article (and by proxy, your web site) would be more likely to appear. This is a frequently employed technique, and many articles that are genuinely useful have also been optimized for search engines.

Search engine optimization is an important tool in raising any web site’s overall traffic, but can also provide a way for users to more effectively narrow their searches when looking for specific information. For example, even though you are creating optimized content to increase the amount of traffic you get, the users will appreciate it because it makes them more likely to find exactly what they are looking for.

We all know that without rules and regulations there is no game. Every game has its own rules and regulations. The rules of golf {2} {3} are internationally standardized and are jointly governed by the royal and ancient golf club of st.andrews, which was founded in 1754 and the united states of golf association. After the agreement with R&A, USGA jurisdiction on the enforcement and interpretation of the rules is limited to the United States and Mexico. Canada has the separate royal Canadian golf association, but generally follows the lead of the two larger bodies. The rules of golf continue to evolve, and every four years, the amended versions of the rule book are published. Any brand of Golf Equipments can be used. But it is better to go in for Good brands of Golf Equipments

The rules are made keeping in mind “fairness”. There are few statements stated “play the ball as it lies”, “play the course as you find it”, and “if you can’t do either, do what is fair”. Some rules that are stated:

• Every player is entitled and obliged to play the ball from position where it has come to rest after the stroke, unless a rule allows or demands otherwise

• A player must not accept assistance in making a stroke.

• The condition of the ground or other parts of the country may not be altered to gain an advantage except some cases defined in the rules.

• A Golf ball may only be replaced by another during play of a hole if it is destroyed (rule 5-3), lost (rule 27-1), or unplayable (rule 28), or at some other time permitted by the rules. The player may always substitute balls between the play of two books.

The decisions on the rules of golf are based on formal case decisions by the R&A and USGA and are revised updated every other year.

Amateur golfers:

There are strict regulations regarding the amateur status of golfers. Anybody who played golf for money or who has ever received payment or compensation for giving instruction in golf game will not be considered an amateur. He may not be allowed to participate in competitions limited only to amateur only non-cash prizes won in competition may be accepted within the limits established by the rules of amateur status.

Golf course architecture and design:

There are many kinds of golf courses. Each country has one kind of golf course. It varies according to the climate, etc.

The different kind of golf courses:

• Link courses
• Parkland courses
• Heath land
• Desert courses
• Browns courses
• Sand courses
• Snow courses
• Par 3 courses
• Executive courses.

1. Links courses: this is the most traditional type of golf course. It is located in the coastal areas, on sandy soil, often amid dunes, with few artificial hazards and few trees if any.

2. Parkland courses: this happens to be in typical inland courses, they often resemble British parks.

3. Heath land: this means less manicured and more open area. They often feature gorse and heather and typically less trees.

4. Desert courses: this course has been recently started in Australia and parts of USA and Middle East. It’s a new invention.

5. Browns courses: akin to sand courses, but not much involved in terms of using layers of tar and gavel below the sandy surface layer, to give firmness and support and ensure a consistent bounce/roll.

6. Sand courses: instead of heavily irrigated green, the players play on sand unlike most golf players. Holes are less involved than browns courses. And are only for the casual golfer.

7. Snow courses: can be played in arctic or sub arctic regions during winter. This is a recent invention. Golf is played on snow, typically with an orange colored or any brightly colored ball.

8. Par 3 courses: this course consists entirely of holes with par 3. These are considered a good test of iron shot precision and short game, as the driver is rarely used.

9. Executive courses: the course is generally smaller than the typical 18 hole course.

A little while back, I had the honor of doing a health and lifestyle consultation with an old friend of mine. I hadn’t seen him since college. He’s a vibrant, dynamic, gregarious “young” man of 40-ish years.

During the course of his consultation, he shared his health concerns and challenges with me, as well as his stresses. He’s in a crisp white-collar position, at the helm of a highly successful company, overseeing hundreds of others like him.

Although he is being quite handsomely rewarded for his time and effort, his stress levels are truly through the roof! He works insane hours - not so much because he ‘has’ to, but because he feels he ‘needs’ to in order to stay ahead in his business. Most week nights he doesn’t get home to his wife and young children until after 8 p.m. and is back at work by 7 a.m. or earlier the next day.

His candle’s flames are about to meet right in the middle!

He came to see us because he has finally had enough of his physical aches and limitations. He has some rather chronic challenges, including severe headaches and pain in a variety of places.

As always, I dug deeper into the patterns of his lifestyle: his nutritional choices, his movement, his mindset, his stress levels, his sleep cycles, his ‘down’ time, and so on. Time and time again, he’d actually interrupt himself to reiterate how completely stressed out his was!

As far as nutrition goes, he felt he was on the right track because he had started a weight management program to help him lose the extra pounds he had gained in recent years. He was logging everything he was eating. Good start. But, he was choosing things like egg whites only, diet foods, diet pop, “protein” milk for breakfast with his cereal (”for the fiber”), as well as more salads and wraps (than burgers, etc.) from fast food restaurants for lunch. His new favorite dessert at lunch is the apple “fries” from McDonald’s… because they’re ‘healthy’.

Sometimes, it’s very challenging to only gather information on the first visit! I just wanted to start helping him right away! I knew him “back when”, so I felt especially inclined to help him look and feel the way he used to. Patience…

Next, we got into movement and exercise. “I don’t”, he said. “You don’t what?” I asked. “Move - at all” he said! “Oh.” He explained that he sits in his car for almost an hour on his drive, then he sits all day long at work, then in his car again for his hour long drive home. He fully admitted that he knows he should exercise, but he just doesn’t. He used to, many years ago. I remembered him as an athlete. But not now. Not for a long time.

I’m thinking, “Houston, we have a problem.”

This is the part that really irked me…

When I thought we were nearing the end of our consultation, he shared with me that he’s doing really well though because he was recently given a “clean bill of health”. I began to wonder, in my curious little mind, what kind of a moron would give this guy a “clean bill of health”??!! He’s eating fake, toxic foods; not moving at all; stressed out to the gills; has chronic issues with headaches and some other physical pain; drinks a LOT of coffee; smokes… and that’s “healthy”??!!

It gets better.

Apparently, his company sends its top level executives to this fancy schmancy private medical clinic for their annual check-ups. It’s one of these up-and-coming diagnostic centers where you spend the entire day there going through a variety of medical tests in posh surroundings. Then you sit down for a “board meeting” with the doctors at the end of the day to review your test results. As you can imagine, these places are quite popular with the “in” crowd. I like to call them the “elite diagnostic day spas”! Much pomp and circumstance!

After going through umpteen blood tests, urine tests, and scans of all sorts, his team of doctors reported that everything looked pretty good… except his cholesterol. It was ‘borderline’ high. They suggested that he “lay off the smoking”. Then his doctor said, “I’d like you to start taking Lipitor for the cholesterol. Here’s a prescription.”

My friend asked the doctor, “But I thought you said it was just borderline… do I really need to take this?” Doctor-for-the-elite said, “Absolutely. We want to keep it borderline or less… we don’t want it to get any higher. We’ll follow up. If it gets higher, we’ll up your dose.”

So, my old pal concludes his story with, “So, that’s it! I’m good, according to “XYZ Clinic”… and they’re the best, so they would know!”

Huh?

You have NO idea the dizzying number of thoughts, questions, remarks, concerns and outbursts that were swimming through my head as he finished this story! Just breathe….

As far as my friend goes, he’s doing better. He’s taking baby steps toward adding truly healthy choices to his lifestyle. I won’t even attempt to detoxify his off-kilter mindset that places such ridiculous paradigms of “health” on a pedestal. As long as he’s getting healthier, that’s what matters most… for now.

The bigger problem is the countless numbers of people - in the regular “slum dog” clinics, doctors’ offices, hospitals, all the way up to these executive clinics - who are being led to believe the exact same thing.

If these tests aren’t showing anything outside of the parameters we’ve been taught are normal… then you must be healthy. Don’t do anything… yet. Once you teeter outside the parameter, then we’ve got a potpourri of drugs for you to choose from!

This is the mindset… the paradigm. There’s no need to “do” anything until there are test results that directly connect to a specific classification of drugs we can use to change the test result. These isolated tests are next-to-never combined to give a picture representative of overall physiological function… or health. They’re simply snippets of a system here, an organ there… scattered bits of information.

Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe it’s only this friend… and every other friend of mine who has shared their ‘health’ stories with me… and hundreds of our practice members… and my own parents… and far too many of my loved ones. Yeah, maybe it’s just us.

Time and time again, I hear the same story. And it almost NEVER includes, “I’m not going to give you any drug AT ALL for this test result which shows a change in your (cholesterol, weight, discomfort, blood pressure, moods, sleep, headaches, menstrual cycle, sexual function, energy, etc.). Instead, I want you to take the next month and do this: exercise daily - resistance training 3x/week, cardio 3x/week, and do some stretching daily, and yoga-type movement several times per week; cut the crap out of your diet this month - lay off fast food, pop, diet foods, fake foods - eat real, whole food that is fresh and as pure as possible, drink nothing but pure water this month; go to bed every night by 10 or 10:30pm; every morning, put something positive and inspirational in your brain before ever starting your day and do something every night to relieve your stress of the day; take no medication whatsoever, unless it is unequivocally keeping you alive! Come back in a month, and we’ll re-evaluate. I don’t ever give someone drugs unless, (a) I know they’re making excellent lifestyle choices consistently, and they still need some medical assistance temporarily, and (b) I’ve run the most appropriate tests and I know exactly what the test results mean, as far as your overall health and function.”

The story, sadly, normally includes drugging before making lifestyle changes… or instead of making lifestyle changes. Or, drugging before the test results are even back from the lab.

We’re not sick because of a shortage of medication in our systems. We’re sick and dysfunctional because of our toxic and deficient environments (internal and external) and toxic and deficient lifestyle choices: how we eat, how we move, how we think, how we handle stress. Drugs cannot fix that.

Countless scientific journals for years now have reiterated that virtually every disease we’re suffering from today is a “disease of lifestyle”… an extremely low percentage (less than 1%) are truly genetic. That means that the answers - the “cures” - lie in our lifestyle choices and our environment.

Conventional, allopathic medicine is not the correct paradigm to turn to in order to create health. It is the perfect paradigm to turn to for emergency care, traumatic care and for life-saving procedures when lifestyle changes are too little, too late. My family has been on the very grateful receiving end of excellent medical care in these cases. I believe the people in that paradigm are great people. I even believe the paradigm is a great one… WHEN it’s used properly. Unfortunately, I see massive abuse of power and information in that paradigm. People, like my friend, are the victims.

I know when to use this system, and when to avoid it like the plague. To get the right answers, you’ve got to ask the right questions… to the right people… in the right paradigm.

I’m wondering what would have happened to my friend, had he not decided to do something more proactive about his health and lifestyle. I completely understand the concept of “watchful waiting”. But putting someone on drugs, and making virtually NO lifestyle recommendations, and just waiting for things to get bad enough to “do something” is not an intelligent choice. The poor guy was on his way to a train wreck, in my opinion. Lipitor wasn’t going to stop that momentum.

A somewhat paramount understatement!

You know what? On a certain level, I completely understand that traditional docs aren’t giving lifestyle advice. That’s not their area of expertise… so why should they dabble with it? Fair enough. If you’ve primarily studied pathology and symptoms (and how to change it with drugs and surgery), as opposed to studying normal, healthy physiology (and how to create that), we shouldn’t expect you to give us answers that will create health. We should expect you to tweak our symptoms primarily using drugs and surgery. Fair enough, again.

I just wish more innocent “consumers” were aware of this when they turn to the perceived one-and-only source for “health” information and care.

Most people who have a computer would like to learn how to make money working online. The challenge usually is knowing where or how to get started. Most everyone anticipates earning “big” money quickly only to experience little to no earned income. This usually leaves a person feeling frustrated and either ready to quit or more determined to get better results. If you maintain the burning desire to make money working online, you will need to keep your focus.

Writing to you from experience, I can tell you first and foremost - find a mentor! Find someone you KNOW who has obtained the results you would like to have for yourself. By this I mean you want to learn the truth about anyone who has claimed or is claiming, to make money working online. Don’t fall for “smoke & mirror” type results that express or show a high or outlandish return on their effort. Use your own sensory acuity and listen to your inner voice. If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably isn’t true at all. A great number of success stories are embellished specifically to get your interest and more pointedly, to get YOUR MONEY!

I’ve read a great number of ebooks, “how to” manuals and numerous other resources to help in determining the “right” or best tools for the venture. I’ve gleaned tons of incredible information from countless writers and their publications. One biggie that sticks out by devouring many different authors points of view is this, if you find yourself reading the same type of information from various individuals, you can bet it’s factual. The key is how to pick the best one(s) to learn from without spending a small fortune before seeing a return on your investment.

Best way to learn how to make money working on line is to not only read it but view it as well. My learning curve increased drastically by watching online videos of “how to” examples. Most people learn by watching others do something and then “copy” it or imitate their process. By doing so, you should find yourself getting the same results as your teacher or mentor. After all, if you want to make more money working online, you should be duplicating someone else’s success patterns for yourself. Not to be a “copy-cat” or “me-too” product but more along the lines of catapulting (or slingshot) you forward to success faster!

The key for me to make money working online has been doing something proactive on a weekly basis. If you can take some form of action each day, then you will progress much faster. Obviously the more time you devote to make money online then chances are, you’ll see results much quicker. I suggest “weekly” because most individuals that want to free themselves by having an Internet based business have other jobs too. It’s important to understand you can have success without being “married” to your computer every single day. Work smarter not harder or longer!

As an estimate, plan to commit at least 10 - 15 hours per week for at least 1 full year, as a suggested minimum! Everyone experiences different types of results throughout their first year but stick with it. Learn from others mistakes and benefit from their success tips!!

When training to jump higher, first thing you should do is look at your own conditioning of your upper body and lower body. Or to put it in simple terms you need to get in shape. Start out by seeing if you can manage your own body weight by doing some simple squats and push ups or other total body workouts.

Now you may be asking yourself if i’m training to jump higher shouldn’t I be focusing on my lower body. Well the upper body and lower body are equally involved in jumping. Just look at NBA players, their entire body is physically fit not just the upper or lower. A stronger body means a stronger player.

Many of the exercises thats involved in training to jump higher doesn’t require any kind of special equipment or a gym. Some of the exercises can be preformed anywhere. Whether you are outside washing the car or walking the dog. I have found that a very small tweak that will help you jump higher is to attach ankle weights to your ankles and just go on with your day. You probably wont notice the weight on your ankles after a while ,but they will still be working. Another simple exercises that you can you use when training calf raises. Calf raises involves you the athlete in raising your own body weight up on your toes then slowly lowering yourself back down.

Training to jump higher is something any serious athlete will come across in their career if they are serious about it. Whether its to make it to the pros (NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS) or just any real athlete. Just be persistent with your training and stick to your routine. Plus make sure your still having fun with it, don’t make training something you can’t stand to do because then you won’t do it.

Don’t just sit their and ride the bench this season, Let Luke Lowrey show you how to gain 6 inches in 60 days to your vertical leap and land you that starting position. http://www.squidoo.com/lukelowreystheverticalproject
